But should it not be "accepted officially" say they wanna include and remove, blah blah... does that mean, extra wait?

if "accepted and adopted officially" today, how soon can they contact us? midnight? tomorrow? or when?

I believe that any permutation to the list have been done before now, it is just an official declaration to adopt new staffs.

We have waited for many months already 'soon' could be anytime from now.
