Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-olu has began the construction of Ilubirin Estate that was abandoned in the last 5 years.

This project will be completed before December to support the homeownership roadmap laid down by Former Lagos State Governor, Babatunde Raji Fashola.

This guy is restarting all Tinubu and Fashola's projects abandoned by the fat black ugly Ambode. Even the projects started and abandoned by the useless Ambode, this guy has restarted them. The way this Sanwo-Olu is going, he will surpass all good records set by any politician in any part of the world.

The buildings with cladding done are affordable housing so like 10 of the buildings and the rest will be expensive apartments and malls etc
