500k will work for a unisex salon.
You just have to get the cost of budget friendly gadgets you will be needing. Make your research well before diving.

But if its for the pics you posted on this thread, 500k is just a committment fee. No more no less. Those things i see there are kinda luxurious to so extent and you should definitely be mindful of the fact that they will come at a cost, and which can tear the 500k into pieces.

so it depend. and again don't put ur worker's on salary

collect commission from dem monthly.

If that is your dream, pls start doing something immediately. That money will go a long way to your dream destination. One thing you should know is that wasting more time may lead to using that money in something else that may not be important to you.

Big boy,,, 500k will go a long way only if yu can leverage well,,,
With a good management, you can get your shop to look similar to the one above,
Let me give u a tip.....

Paint 3 sides of the wall and fix a good wall paper with a dark colour design on front side, where most of the mirrors are facing.
Buy clean fairly used rotating chairs, and furnitures (polish them well )
Buy long wall mirrors that look gorgeous direct from manufacturers, fix enough of it.
Forget A.C, put enough wall fans, about 4. One can be around 3k.
Forget big water heater for now, look for cheap ones on Alibaba, buy sharp clippers and aprons
Don't go for big televisions, medium sized tv of 25 to 30k will be ok for now.
Glass doors may cost you to fix, just make sure yu budget less than 35k for it.

Buy other things yu need.... for now, don't go for the highest quality, there are always lower quality goods that can serve the same purpose well.

Please go into details. Shop rent is about a 100k in Isolo. The 500k excludes shop rent just the utilities I am looking at?

My brother where in isolo is shop rent 100k?

I need suggestions too...

I am planning to set a business but the last shop I went to make enquiry about is 340k, rent n agreement and it's not even on the major road.
