2) Exhibit 2 - Look at Obiano's half-constructed federal expressway with ramps from Amawbia to Juhel Junction. IDC messed up the alignment and at parts it narrows and others it widens yet civil engineering codes says an expressway is of x width with emergency lane.

3) Exhibit 3 - Its only in Anambra that all manner of vehicles use whatever emergency lane is available for parking and the government does absolutely NOTHING. You find trailers, tippers, tankers, buses all parking on the sides of expressways, hawkers selling vegetables, frying akara, plantain because the state is run by commissioners that have ZERO clue of what different types of roads are for. You park on the sides of LOCAL roads not roads meant for EXPRESS TRANSPORT. Emergency lanes are supposed to be unencumbered.

I cant wait to see what rubbish their unknown contractor builds at the International Conference Center in Awka. In most civilized places contract awards are transparent not opaque. Look at how the Calabar ICC was built by KNOWN and ACCOMPLISHED companies:
