Spot On! Unfortunately some libtards are still hallucinating, hoping some how that a miracle happens and that somehow Trump gets thrown out of office grin grin
It's only the delusional that will hope for a senate Trump removal. Honestly, although I have always knew that American politics (like every other one elsewhere) has its own level of corruption, I never imagine it could be this rotten. From the way the dems played their books, it's clear that there is more than meet the eye. Their hatred for Trump is such that it is affecting their ability to argue logically, and do things coherently. This is going to go down as one of the worst and most turbulent 4 years of federal governance in the historical chronicles of the United States. 4 years of pursuing one imperfect man (as if the rest of us ain't imperfect) without producing one single shred of prema-facie evidence, bringing assumptions and presumptuous innuendos as facts to the courtroom/legal matters.

The one that really got me pissed off is the useless Mueller report whose findings was entire based on '' presumptuous ''. It is so unbelievable that this could ever happen in America. I've never seen such a folly in legal reasoning my whole life. Even some of my legal friends in school were forced to hide in shame after going through the entire report . the worst lawyer in Warri could have done a better job. But what else do you expect from a set of clowns whose sole base of grievance is why the Trumpster won the 'unexpected' election outcome, and are out on a savage political witch-hunting revenge MISSION that has so far produce some of the worst line of thoughts in a legal and political setting.

Most times when i want to have a good laugh and read about how people could easily be delusional, misleaded and so full of hate for their fellow human, I just come to this t head. This is one of the worst thread with the most illogical thinkers of all time.

It is on this thread I learnt that when you shook the hands of another president who is a dictator, you have legitimized his dictatorship and evil deeds. cool I have never seen such type of reasoning elsewhere in my entire life... And guess from whence it came... Of course, from one of the liberal dreamer who still dreams of a Donald Trump Impeachment.

Living in delusion and false reality is worst than living with AIDS.

Adam Schiff just argued on the Senate floor that House Democrats can't possibly be expected to prove their case without additional witnesses.

Before today,,we were told their case was "overwhelming" and "the facts are indisputable."

Schiff or Thief, whatever, is very annoying. How can you ask for more witness in a case that is now on "second instance" when same witness didn't participate in the case at "first instance"? If this isn't a "matured" circus show, I wonder what is. cool

Trump could have told Bolton 100 times no money unless Ukraine investigates. Still not a crime, Ukraine got the money per fiscal year end, with no conditions of an investigation. What you say, or not say, is different that what one does. Now it is coming out that Bolton get speaking fees from an Oligarch in the Ukraine.

Every sane individual knows that there are forces pushing the strings behind closed doors. While Trump may not be my ideal president, the fact remains that the Establishment don't want him, and anyone they don't want must be a "friend" of the people, even though it isn't all of the people. It makes sense that Trump is hated by the deep state because he is the only president after many years in American history to not start a major war for four years. Facts don't lie

We know Bolton is a classic war hawk, which is an emblem of the Establishment/deep state.
So, I won't be surprise if they're using him to corner Trump. There is a lot going on behind closed doors, and we see this already in the Middle East. Each time the Trumpster wants to fulfill his campaign promise of pulling out American troops from places like Syria, they come up with one or more false flags to prevent it. But some ediots down here call it conspiracy theory.

Well, let's watch how things will unfold. I just dey laf cool

For the anguished faces of Adam Schiff, Jerry Nadler, Nancy Pelosi, and the rest

As they hear the cry, “Mr. Speaker, THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES.”

And it’s still Donald Trump walking up to the podium

Trump Administration Targets Several More Countries In Expanded Travel Ban. Trump's new and expanded travel ban will impact immigrant visas from Myanmar, Eritrea, Kyrgyzstan, Nigeria, Sudan and Tanzania.

President Donald Trump announced the expansion of his controversial travel ban on Friday, adding several more countries to the list put in place by executive order in 2017.

The expanded list includes six more countries: Myanmar, Eritrea, Kyrgyzstan, Nigeria, Sudan and Tanzania.

The proclamation, which will go into effect in late February, will primarily impact immigrant visas and those seeking to reside in the United States, including diversity visa seekers.

Specifically, the U.S. is suspending immigrant visas ― the type of visa given to people seeking to live in the U.S. permanently ― for people from Eritrea, Kyrgyzstan, Myanmar and Nigeria. People from Sudan and Tanzania will no longer be issued diversity visas.

Thank goodness the Glorious land of Biafra is not on the list.
But why is both Saudi Arabia and Russia not included.

The Senate impeachment trial for Donald Trump will drag into next week, with a vote set for Wednesday afternoon on two articles of impeachment against the president, according to a bipartisan resolution negotiated by party leaders.

The 4 p.m. vote will conclude a 20-day proceeding, only the third presidential impeachment trial in U.S. history. The Senate is virtually certain to acquit Trump, and even some Democrats may oppose an obstruction of Congress article approved by the House.

White House officials also wanted more time to prepare their closing arguments in the case, said several sources close to the issue. And administration officials said the ongoing impeachment trial wouldn't hamper Trump's ability to give the State of the Union address.

Trump and the White House are not getting the acquittal they wanted tonight.

Game over

John Bolton is a first hand witness to a number of meeting, now the Senate Republicans have no excuse not to call him to testify.

https://www.nytimes.com/2020/01/31/us/politics/trump-bolton-ukraine.html

Trump Told Bolton to Help His Ukraine Pressure Campaign, Book Says

The president asked his national security adviser last spring in front of other senior advisers to pave the way for a meeting between Rudolph Giuliani and Ukraine’s new leader.

More than two months before he asked Ukraine’s president to investigate his political opponents, President Trump directed John R. Bolton, then his national security adviser, to help with his pressure campaign to extract damaging information on Democrats from Ukrainian officials, according to an unpublished manuscript by Mr. Bolton.

Mr. Trump gave the instruction, Mr. Bolton wrote, during an Oval Office conversation in early May that included the acting White House chief of staff, Mick Mulvaney, the president’s personal lawyer Rudolph W. Giuliani and the White House counsel, Pat A. Cipollone, who is now leading the president’s impeachment defense.

Mr. Trump told Mr. Bolton to call Volodymyr Zelensky, who had recently won election as president of Ukraine, to ensure Mr. Zelensky would meet with Mr. Giuliani, who was planning a trip to Ukraine to discuss the investigations that the president sought, in Mr. Bolton’s account. Mr. Bolton never made the call, he wrote.

The previously undisclosed directive that Mr. Bolton describes would be the earliest known instance of Mr. Trump seeking to harness the power of the United States government to advance his pressure campaign against Ukraine, as he later did on the July call with Mr. Zelensky that triggered a whistle-blower complaint and impeachment proceedings. House Democrats have accused him of abusing his authority and are arguing their case before senators in the impeachment trial of Mr. Trump, whose lawyers have said he did nothing wrong.

The account in Mr. Bolton’s manuscript portrays the most senior White House advisers as early witnesses in the effort that they have sought to distance the president from. And disclosure of the meeting underscores the kind of information Democrats were looking for in seeking testimony from his top advisers in their impeachment investigation, including Mr. Bolton and Mr. Mulvaney, only to be blocked by the White House.

Cipollone is much too involved in this. He should have never been allowed to make arguments on the Senate floor. He was also involved in the Lev Parnas situation. He knows the stuff he is saying is lies. Schiff brought up the conflict of interest and he should have recused himself.

Lol!!! You are dense, so you think Americans are blind to the GOP coverup?

The details and documents to the drug deal according to John Bolton will all leak out.

The GOP is gonna face electoral backlash.

Good luck defending 23 senate seats with this good black cloud where 70+ Americans want witnesses.
Fanfare fantasy. 70+ percent or Americans wants witnesses? From where did you get that? Did you conduct a referandum on the matter? cool. Just wondering.

There is no cover up anywhere, brother. The law of equity states that "He that comes to equity should come with clean hands". Unfortunately, the dems came with their hands dirty and politicized.

The dems are bunch of clowns who came to legal trial unprepared and they want the Senate to do their work for them.

Didn't they said in the article of Impeachment that "The evidence is overwhelming"? You have an overwhelming evidence at the court of first instance upon which you based your argument and decisions. But when you get to the court of second instance, which is less or more an appeal, you told the court saying hey, "I don't have enough evidence, I need to call more witness. Whereas, the same article which you based your claim of overwhelming evidence and judgement reached is lying on the floor of the upper house. Now, why should anyone take them serious? cry

In law, you cannot profit out of your own folly.

The only apparent cover up here is that they have gone through the backdoor to get Bolton to talk, the same Bolton that threatens to sue them when the House first wanted to suppoen him during the first trial. Why did he suddenly wants to testify now? Blackmail? Money? Sudden conscience transformation (coming from a typical Warhawk)? Only God knows.

Except your alleged 70+ Americans are thinking with their anus, even a blind man can see that something isn't right here. There is a lot going on behind closed doors to get this man out of office by any means necessarily. It make sense now why Madame Pelosi held on to the articles of Impeachment beyond the normal. What a game of craft and back deals! cool

But they never seem to learn from their folly.

The more they are going after Trump, the more they're making him popular, giving him more campaign talking points. Many of the people can see through the charade already.

So if there is going to be any voters backlash, it should be the dems receiving it harder, for wasting taxpayers money on what has turned out to be a disgrace, and for making a fool of themselves in public view.

Already, they have successfully destroyed whatever little credibility their top notch candidate, Biden, has, and plotting to take down one of their own (Bernie).

At the end of the day, looking at the Dems remaining list of candidates, one can't help but infer that November is going to be a massacre for a vision less house that is neither going there nor here. This is one of the reasons why many people no longer bother to come out and vote during elections.

Pathetic.
