The Brexit which stands for the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union started following the June 2016 referendum, in which 52% voted to leave the EU.

The UK officially left the European Union after 47 years of membership in an historical moment at about 23:00 GMT.

Exactly, you can clearly see that most of the developed country made a conscious decision and plan on how to better their country. But most Africa are leaving things to chance, believing that somehow things would change.
