WHO Africa( African annex of World health organisation).....they are world health organisation that are concerned with health issues in Africa...we also have WHO Asia,WHO Europe etc

Don't waste your time anymore on that guy. He's exactly like the people ruling him: negatively minded and backward.
His leaders will also interpret that warning from the WHO the same way he's doing now, and will refuse to take proactive measures, with negative consequences for the masses when the virus eventually comes.

How can you compare your health system with France, Canada, Australia?

Every few centuries nature tries to do population control. Black death, Spanish flu, ebola, now Corona virus. Hopefully we can bring it under control before it wipes off a huge number of people. There is no such thing as a poor health system when it comes to the Corona Virus. Every country stands equal risk because the virus so far has no cure.

Or is it a different strain of the virus that is in those countries from what they think will come to Africa?

So far all other countries are doing is to Quarantine the infected same way we did during the Ebola scare.

So how are they then better?
