Nigerians Has Inherit The Culture Of Challenging The Supreme Court If Dissatisfi by AmeboFeeds(op): 8:26am On Feb 01, 2020
The spokesman to the People's Democratic Party PDP presidential candidate in Nigeria, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar in the last election, Chief Segun Sowunmi has reacted to the Supreme judgement of Imo State.

He said most Nigerians would have thought the proclamation of Hope Uzodinma who came fourth in the last result declared by Independent National Electoral Commission INEC was the final, but we must be thankful to people who deem it fit to challenge the Supreme court judgement and ask for a review, to let the common Nigerians understand how they arrive at adding the numbers of votes in favour of Hope Uzodinma after declaring him winner in the last gubernatorial election in Imo state.

"A judge of the American Supreme Court, Robert H Jackson, famously said of his court, “We are not final because we are infallible, but we are infallible only because we are final.” Last Friday, a five-member bench of the Supreme Court disqualified the prime minister. ... Judges are human. They make mistakes"

Imo judgement via precedence, will definitely expose three things which are:

1. Nigerians will enthrone a culture to let the Supreme Court to know people can be dissatisfied with the judgement and ask for review.

2. They will understand that an organ of the Supreme Court has been reduced by man to the bearest minimum with carelessness of the judgement applying jurisprudence in all their pronouncements, is the INEC castrated? Why are they silent on the matters of Ihedioha and Uzodinma case.

3. It will make the people to know Nigeria is going to a dangerous country where a common man will have no respect for the apex court, example is the accredited votes and the number of cancel Votes in Imo state, which require a lot of explanation by the supreme court to know how they arrived at the declaration of Hope Uzodinma the winner of Imo Guber election.

He further explained that Nigerians are watching all abnormalities happening under the Buhari of 1982-1984 who was known to be kicking against undiscipline now turned to Buhari which all sort of corruption, undiscipline, uncultured approach by his aides, abuse from the police and sisters agencies and all sort of things.

When ihedioha's lawyers are done with him, I doubt he will be able to pay his driver salary.

Same Atiku that sank millions on a baseless tribunal that one of his lawyers has enough finance to build and furnish a 30 story building on Lagos Island.

I pity Ihedioha, This should be a media propaganda by his lawyers . They are trying to push him to spend.
