Why staying back? Marry her, tell her to move to live in Nigeria, do the Nigeria spouse visa for her.

Many people are affected by this ban, my finance is coming next month for our wedding. With this ban, her people have been discouraging her from going ahead, saying Trump will never allow me to come to the US and she is going to remain lonely and heart broken.

She says she will be visiting here as soon as possible until the ban is lifted.

You gat no chance brother. Only those who already have the visa are safe. We should just hope the ban is lifted as soon as possible.

But what's the relevance, he doesn't seem to want to live in the US, if he applies and gets the green card, they can revoke it if he spends to much time outside the US.

I wouldn't wish to relocate to the US permanently. I'm just thinking that what in the future , my partner and kids wishes to move permanently to the US.
Australia has a better pay, health and welfare systems for her citizens when compared to America.

Do you think that Nigeria is prepared to fix the problem. Asking for a proper data base means asking for the eradication of corruption.
