I can only operate my laptop when I am charging it,but once I remove the charger it goes off. Please what could be wrong with it, could it be the b3 and can it be replaced. Am not happy about it at all. |

When u plug the charger did the battery indicator says plug in charging? 1 Like 1 Share |

It could be the socket, battery or charger. It happened to my laptop last year September. I normally leave mine on tiles floor to get discharge. Make sure you plug from socket direct. The best thing to do is to get a new battery. |

That one don turn telly. Try with another battery & charger. You'll know where the issue is |
