It's possible because they've large sections of the hospital already prefabricated. They just swing them into place like blocks, bolt them, and hook up the plumbing and electricity.

You can see it in one of the pictures above.

They also have blueprints and action plans already drawn up for such eventualities.

Still, very impressive.
