The area is a free area and no specific limitations on the height of buildings. But most people who came in to build first started building one story residential duplex for single families, now, we think some renters and buyers will love this location. I got approvals for 3 storey building.

Around this area, what they charge and supply as 30 tons are not actually 30 tons. It will be around 20 to 22 tons in a bigger truck, with magic loading. That Is why I prefer this single truck 10 ton, at least I can monitor this load clearer.

We achieved this type of mix for the concrete because we are using concrete poker to vibrate the concrete being poured int the pillar and beam cavities. This will give us the amount of concrete penetration we need to ensure a standard cast. It also reduces the incidences of air pockets to the lowest.
