It's a water well. That's where we fetch water to use in this work in addition to buying in tanks.

All options are still open at this point, while I would have loved to sell this house in units, I am also open to offers for a sale of this house as a complete unit to a single buyer. I will soon announce the price range for this whole house if I am selling after the roofing.

I am already searching for another land where I can repeat this house plan because it's really in hot demand right now.

We are adding the last lines of blocks to the top of this lintels after a successful concrete cast. We plan to commence the parapet fascia as soon as we can.
