What is said is the SCIENTIFIC way to dealing with epidemic. So they should be brought back, one of them.is infected, that one infects other on the plane, the infection spread as they land and we are in danger in Nigeria?

They are nigerians. They have a right to return. We tackled Ebola. I am confident we can contain it. Plus our immunity is a little different. I am oretty sure coronavirus has been locally around not related to the china outbreak.
Remember whrn they return it is an automatic quarantine for the period. They are not being let back into general population right away. Turning your citizens away is how they get treated like shit.
