This is very commendable. Patronising innoson is very good. Hope I commend you on that. However, what I find difficult to understand is the fact that you lined up permanent secretaries to hand over official cars to them. It's wrong. These are people at the echelon of their profession. Highest rank in the civil service. So wrong. You are not dashing them the cars. It's one of the perks attached to the office.
