Download cheapflight app on playstore, input the destination and travel dates, from the search result follow the deal site and make a reservation or visit any of the airline website like South Africa Airline, Ethiopian Airline to reserve a flight.

I haven't used this carbo Verde airline so I dont know the payment options on their site but you can check if they have the option to book only

Or

Go to Ethiopian Airline app or website, search your flight, fill the forms and choose to pay later. It will give you a booking reference and also a printable confirmation page.

Hello Mama Adjo10
Hello Afelouz
Hello TechSpot
Hello ChrisCole and other veterans.
God bless you all for all the guidance.
I submitted on Tuesday.
The wait now begins.

A colleague of mine who is still a Nairaland guest wanted to know if it was okay to state 1.450million as budget for her family of 4 who plan on visiting for 9 days in her Itinerary letter.
Will this be okay for them.
Flight, feeding, accom and tours.

I personally did not state how much I intended spending. I just wrote that my savings account had so, so and so. And I intended to foot my travel bills from there.
I told her this but she wants to state a value.

Veterans please advice.
Thank you all in advance.
Please which one is itinerary letter what is the format?

Nice one. Now here is the reason why most people who have returned tickets are almost always never asked by the VO. When booking your ticket, you may or may not notice that Brazil is one of the countries that ask for information about arriving passengers from the airlines. We often overlook it. So you are most likely not going to be asked because the VO knows you have a return ticket.

You will most likely be in trouble if you don’t have. Americans, Europeans can take that risk and talk their way out but a Nigerian + no returns ticket = disaster lol. Don’t risk it.

Cheers

Does any one have some sort of example of the required letter which is suppose to explain your itinerary, when you arrive and leave Brazil and the purpose of your trip?
I know it sounds self explanatory, but I just want to make sure I get it right, so I was hoping someone had a template or some really good advise.

There is no right or wrong. It's just to state your movements. Your arrival cum departure and places you might visit.

The required documents are on the Lagos website.
But for me I uploaded,
Passport
Statement of Purpose
Bank account reference letter
Marriage certificate
Employment letter
Pay slips
International passport
Hotel reservation
Flight tickets
Signature

That was it for me.

I hope this helps.

You are very correct Horlaarsco.
Kingsmum the 3 month visa has multiple entries and can be extended by another 3 months upon expiry in Brazil.
After which you now pay fines for visa overstaying when you've birthed and are getting the Permanent Residence.

May God give us his favour, because only him can do it.

@adjo10 Me and my wife had have continually read through this forum and we both want to use this medium to pray for you and appreciate your effort for dishing out so much details. We just got married few months ago and shes already 4weeks preg, and we are hoping to give birth to our first child in brasil.
Please regarding the documentation I have worked as an employee in a Chinese firm for 5 years (thou fluent in Mandarin) and posses most of the criteria i have read on the forum that the embassy requested for :
Tax Clearance Cert.
Pension Statement
Letter of Employment
Salary Account ,payslips and others.
In Addition, aside my regular 8-5 job there is a company that I'm an existing shareholder and as the same time the only director stated on the company's CAC.
*should i use salary account statement when applying for me and my wife or the company that appoints me as its director's bank statement will be preferable what are the odds?
*secondly My wife is a 400 level student and haven't secured a job yet,I will be the one funding our trip to brasil and hope it wont affect our application because most required documentation bear my name.
*Thirdly when submitting should both of us appear at the embassy and what are the documentation for married couples .
*when called upon for interview, will the embassy interview both of us?

God bless thanks for ur response in advance

Hello to all the experienced applicants on this great platform (Adjo10, Chriscole,Techspot etc)

Please is it possible we apply for tourism as a family (hubby, wife and child) online and only my hubby goes to the embassy to submit our application?
Or do we all have to go together?

Re: Giving Birth In Brazil by OneNaija(m): 4:04pm On Feb 06, 2020
I will advice you and orilua to calm down. Just be patience. Brazil embassy now process visa application for more than three months. I will advice anyone If you plan to give birth in Brazil. Get it back of your mind that your application will stay at the Brazil embassy for more than three months maybe even more. The reason for that is still unknown. Good luck.

Amen, amen and amen.
I tap into this prophesy with my 2 hands and my two legs and all of my heart.

Chriscole with the ginger.
I'm happy you are settled in...it feels almost seamless.
I guess you are using AIRBNB for accommodation.
Thanks for the headstart on RoyalAirMaroc.
Also happy to know you didn't experience any hassles with the Entry Clearance Officers at the Airport.
God bless Brazil for us.

I will advice you go yourself instead of your husband.(you are actually the crux of the matter grin grin)
Better still, you and him can go.
But don't stress your child. I didn't go with mine, neither did my husband come with me.
It is just submission.
But I met a couple applying as a family.. They came without their kids.

Just submit and wait till you are invited for an interview.
The Visa Officer will decide whom amongst the 3 of you they want present at the interview.

Lovetterrison, this should also address a part of your questions.
You can attach a marriage certificate but your itinerary letter should explain that vital information.

You could go to the embassy and ask the guys that collected the application why is your application still showing "under review" despite it passing 21 working days... Sometime they send interview mail but you might not be sure the email you entered so you're checking notification of the wrong email or they misspell your email when sending the interview email (this happened to me) and you end up getting no mail so that could be the reason aside other factors that can cause delay.

Also your application details like reason for travel, Itinerary details, ease of verifying bank statement, urgency or the trip could determine how fast they treat your application. Some of the reason why your application is delayed could be from you, your bank or them so just try and visit the embassy to know why.

It's good to know you had a sweet experience at the POE...

I reviewed most of the airlines before buying ticket and the review on Air Maroc was their flight attendants are hostile and they usually lost passenger baggages or they delay it for 2days or more... Since they didn't lost your bags I would say your own was better.

I wish you safe delivery and your child will become another Brazilian legend.

Have fun and I wish you all the best.

PS: check your mail

If you applied first week of January then you should be patient. Truth is that Brazil visa application is not processed urgently and they don't have a priority option so you just have to be patient.

Reason this, this is early in the year and there are no festivities going on or any global public holiday celebration like Christmas, Easter, etc so applying as a Tourist at this time isn't something of urgency as you can tour Brazil in March and you will still see the same thing you want to urgently see in January so they wouldn't really treat your application as urgent as you desire at this time.

So I can only advice you to calm down if you really desire Brazil for childbirth and let them do their thing. If your funds are genuine, your documents are authentic and you appear as a real tourist then they will give you the visa.

The only clause is if you are visibly pregnant as they will tell you they usually don't give visa to pregnant women and having a big Belle don't shout your are pregnant so don't let your growing belly put much pressure on you. There are lots of pple with big bellys just wear the right cloth when going for interview.

Go with your husband to submit your application, let them see you... The application processing starts form the point of collection as they will minute what they see on the application and that's what will determine how your application processing goes.

I want to start the application next week I'm kind of confused.
