I noticed the 7.5 vat deduction after making call, then I decided to call MTN and they confirmed that every one minute call attracts 21kobo deduction for Vat. Just imagining how much federal government will be making on a daily basis. The worst part of it that the whole money will not be remitted to fed govt account at the of the day.

The way Buhari is going, he will go down as the worst president ever to rule this country. Single treasury nothing to show, increase in fuel price nothing to show. All the promises go down the drain. No wonder nobody is shouting sai Baba again. Even Tinubu is finding it difficult to speak out these days. Nobody is happy, may God deliver us from these nonentities ruling this country.

You mean the government that was borrowing to pay salaries?

Democratic education?

yes Democratic education, it's glaring you understand how Democratic settings works but choose to be blind by party affiliation. if any PDP member decamped to APC, you will still defend them shows how myopic you're politically

you obviously love the situation this country is presently right?

Buhari had not borrow ever since he became president right?

just because you're close to the govt or benefitting from this useless govt doesn't mean other Nigerians have this privilege. if I'm being tax, I'm expected to enjoy the benefit not ignorantly enriching Yusuf to be buying power bike up and down

Fuel up, VAT, electric bill.
This is the only policy that works in Nigeria.

Tell the same government to do the same for roads, ease business, health etc. They will make it look like it impossible to achieve.

The same vat money will be siphoned by those greedy good for nothing leaders

You are obviously badly educated.

The assumption that someone who has a different opinion from yours on governance must be personally invested the government of the day points to this.

Yusuf, again is a young man and he has a right to indulge in any activity that he so desires provided he isn't breaking the law.

His father is an ex-General, ex-minister, ex-Head-of-state, presently president on a 2nd term yet you expect he should not be able to afford a bike?

The cost of the bike cannot be proven, as nobody as even given the colour of the bike, talkless of the make of the bike for one to consider if it was an ostentatious purchase.

By the way, I'm a well educated, well travelled and well remunerated individual who doesn't need government patronage to make my living.

It would do you well to travel and see how much VAT is paid in other societies.

In the UK, it is as much as 20%.

Nigeria is a poor nation in severe need of infrastructure.

Infrastructure is built from government purse and the government raises money through taxation or borrowing.

Learn to be logical and versed in a topic before making childish contributions which would only make mockery of your glaring limitations.

you're too slow in reasoning, no wonder you're defending a certificateless idiot who struggle to get his forged waec certificate

what's your measure of comparing Nigeria to a sane country that her citizens enjoy the benefit of their tax? a country her citizens don't worship their leaders? a country that protesters is not seen as enemy of the incumbent govt? a country where critic is not seen as haters?

the revenue your useless govt generate, of what benefit is it to average Nigerians? many Nigeria roads are still death trapped and you've the audacity to be comparing your useless country with a country their youths received salaries and assess to education loan?

what work is Yusuf Buhari doing to afford 50m power bike? someone is father Dont have money to purchase his party presidential form?

yusuf should be your younger brother but here you're defending his incompetent father who robbed Nigerians off their hard earned money with integrity anthem

you need to be rehabilitated asap your psychology trait is dented

Stop trying to write as if you've had any formal education because it is evident you haven't.

I always ask this critical question, which many of your kind can never answer; if the GDP Per Capita is less than 2 thousand dollars what we the expectations of Nigerians?

I'm sure that question is way beyond your ability to respond to.

I await better educated contributors to make their opinion known.

For you, I expect you to be an onlooker. Attempting to make further contribution would only diminish what is left of any dignity you might have.

Save yourself.
