Chai, that year for Benin, have met one on one with chuddy k when he came for igbinedions birthday,dude took my Benson ciggarrettes.met 2 face too, dude almost turn my head to ash tray while he was smoking in oshiomhole bus during one of those oshiomhole's carnivals at ring road, I was like baba you Don turn me to ash tray and dude laughed and said "na you do yourself o" met Terry g and Tony kabaka at civic center and Terry g was surprisingly cool, while I was working at BIU at ugbor I sometimes meet guys like maleke, I go save, franchise and some of those OAPs in Benin playing football some Saturday mornings at one secondary school field I can't get the name now, na so i follow one soldier man in charge at army day secondary school,go one party at this hotel after press motel, the hotel is off airport road, DJ knack Dr sid's pop somthing, maleke started popping,the soldier man felt intimidated and went to get the same champagne as maleke, when he was told the price he was lucky it was almost exactly the amount with him, soldier man eye clear instantly because e don even quick am open am, dude grudgingly paid and left me and his guy there in shame and drove off, lol, Chai, come see trekking that day, from opposite ITV at airport road to ikpobal slope. I've seen some in Abuja but I just pass jor, I don't really famz these guys sef, you no wan gimme money so why would I be happy to meet you ?

Well, they are celebrities but are rarely regarded as one. They're soldiers, the ones who swear an oath of allegiance to Nigeria, yes, some of them are terrible but truth is most of them are amazing! They get stipends to fight for this country, defend this country and ensure that there's a level of safety in this country (they're trying their best). I'm currently serving in a barrack and I must say that my encounters with most of the soldiers here have been nothing short of amazing. They are kind, hardworking, valiant, etc. I've had the privilege of directly teaching a battalion commander who was and still is nothing but Godfearing, strong and kind, he commands the battalion well and ensures everything goes on smoothly. He is always ready for battle and doesn't fear death (most soldiers don't!). Most of the soldiers who act like they're crazy have probably been to Maiduguri and seen hell, it greatly affects them to the point that if care isn't taken, it shatters them! I also have a friend in a colonel ( the current chief of staff of where I am working), he is nothing but strong and also ever ready for battle! Their motto is "no gut, no glory'. They all have gut and are ever conscious. I have met quite a few number of celebrities but none compare to the soldiers I have met (both officers and soldiers--- privates, last corporal, corporal, staff sergeant, master warrant officers, warrant officers, orderlies etc). They have their flaws but majority of them are superb and are trying their best to ensure there's safety in the country! Kudos to the Nigerian Army...

I like to keep a straight face in public but I get to see most of them during movie premieres, except I saw Bello Kreb (aka pamera) at a local buka in my area, I was just smiling anyhow.. his character cracks me up anyday , he was nice though.
