But internally recruit to fill the supposed vacancies for EH?? That's laughable..

In NAPIMS for instance you don't see contract staff performing engineering roles. Most of them work as secretary to a Manager or at most Secretary to the GM in Ops Divisions. Some are just there as errand boys (make photocopies, help buy food, help go to the bank and pay visa fees, and so on). How then do you recruit a contract staff with 10 years secretarial experience to perform a Reservoir Engineer role just because he has been in Petroleum Engineering Department for 10 years??

And plz don't tell me about training.

If NNPC go this route, Oh well! Let's say the inefficiency just got a promotion.

Dear EH,
For you to have qualified for an EH position means you're employed. You may not necessarily have it good at your current workplace but you're gainfully employed nonetheless. Plz face your work, get your WES, write IELTS, Take some courses & certifications, Improve yourself and look someplace else not NNPC.

If you checked the last NNPC recruitment on Naijahjobs and Nairaland, the real news about letter dispatch came just like any unverified news on those threads.
That's why I'm never quick to disregard or accept any info.

It won't be hard if we all can stay that way. Neither optimistic or pessimistic about any information dropped here.
