Natural virus can be differentiated from artificially created virus by any competent lab .

There are tell tale signs association with human engineered virus. There is lot of splicing etc plus treatment under phenol and UV etc , this generally leaves behind fingerprint of modifications

Kind of like in quantum mechanics , if you try to interfering with the state of photon , you always end messing up the quantum entanglement.

Also biowarfare agents are never developed in isolation , two strains are always concurrently development , the virulent agent and the weakened strain . It is a defacto unsaid rule unless one is hell bent of wiping out the entire population incase of an accident.

Also biowarfare agents are developed in level 4/5 containment facilities , with triple layer close circuit circulation system , independent of each other . Plus emergency burners to burn down the air incase of breach with everybody inside . Yeah you heard it right.

Also there are automatic scrubbers with fail safe safety features.

There are handful of countries with such facilities US , Russia , UK , India , China , France.

Canada facilities are basically extention of American facilities, under American supervision.

France and India facilities are for defensive reasons to create minute quantities of known biowarfare agents to cultivate antidote for possible defense against biological attack.

Rest countries are both offensive and defensive.

But there is only one country in the world who i think might have the capability to mask the a human engineered virus as a natural one.

But only a fool will do so ,but who knows , humans limits for stupidity is infinite

As far as I am concerned these outbreaks and subsequent Chinese response don't seem to suggest engineered virus , because weapon grade virus after it breaks dormancy have a oxidation life after which it loses it virulence.

Who knows let's see.....

Viruses played a big role in cellular evolution

Major % of viruses are not benign , some 10% are virulent.

Seriously this is part of school biology

I know that a sure way to change genes is using viruses. Was every mutation in evolutionary history caused by viruses, I dont know. However, this or some previous civilization must have created viruses.
Its just DNA material and some protein to cover it.

And i have barely scraped the surface

Image the irony of humans when researchers found while studying a certain species of ants , that their complex foraging pattern and behaviour is exact replica , actually many time better than the TCP protocol used to regulate data flow in our internet !!!

Ants having been emulating complex algorithms in their behaviour which we puny humans have only recently started to us.

To make things simple enough for you....
One classical diffence is ants are collectively very intelligent which we humans are not , because human are antagonistic , humans collectively have never functioned as a single unit. Human evolution always has been divergent.

Incase you still don't understand , i can recommend some books on advance algorithms specifically utilising ant colony optimization alogrithms.

Thus far the chinese pangolin is the prime suspect. The current strain is 99 % identical to the one found in their (some Chinese pangolin) bodies. Chinese use pangolins for traditional meds so seems the virus jumped from bats to pangolins to humans.

By the ants ofcourse! There's no intelligent deliberate effort behind it. In nature, there is no master programmer acting with intent.
The rules that produce collective behavior evolve in response to the dynamics of the environment. The algorithms that generate the collective behavior arose through evolution (many trials and errors). Collective behavior is the outcome of a network of local interactions. An ant responds to interactions with other ants without any intention or desire to create a tunnel or a bridge (for instance). So, the participants that use an algorithm to provide a collective outcome need not know its goals. They do not even need to have identical goals. Just an amalgamation of numerous local objectives.

I think it is half way to emancipation but apparently there are highly qualified young Nigerians who want to live abroad and pursue dead end careers, give birth to kids there and still die unfulfilled and unhappy. Those empty guys ate already all over twitter blaming Buhari for the visa ban. Why would a Nigerian doctor want to go work in N.America. I have been at parties in the US where doctors boast about work done in semi-rural Nigeria, the lives they saved and how fulfilled they were by it BUT some half trained Nigerian doctor is giving his govt attitude. We are just an inferior people.

Regarding your question, Buhari should give the middle finger BUT he wont. Nigeria will comply with the request in weeks and the immigrant visa ban will be lifted. The dead brain youth will breathe a right of relief BUT will Trump actually permit significant immigration? . NO!!!

The only way it works is if there is a master algorithm controlling the swarm of ants. Individual ants then dont have more than a programming to preserve their own individual survival...that's the only way it works.

it is not different from every other epidemic including the same ebola that happened to us sometime ago. at this point in time, all we should do is to support the effort of the chinese government to see how they can stop the virus. as a matter of fact, i am impressed by the measures they have put in place. we have not been allowed to go out of the campus and everywhere you go, you are expected to put on the mask. there is routine dissinfection that is done 3times every day. and if you record slightly more body temperature, you are put on close watch.

the chinese are no perfect people; but it is unfortunate some people in the western media wants to use this to instigate hatred among people in places where chibese presence is huge, against chinese people.

this is the time we all should be coming together to help solve the problem just as we in Africa would expect everyone to come to our aid when we battle any epidemic.

My greatest fear is this thing showing up in Africa, the fact that we haven't seen one yet, is truly astounding , but the night is still young, just hopeful it won't happen, we aren't ready for this

these are just normal Armoured vehicles with add on armor...

It is built from unserviceable equipment. It is not Ezugwu or ARA MRAP. It wasn't built from the ground up, it just shows army ingenuity. Nothing wrong with that.
