I don't really know what your problem is. Is it comprehension, understanding or just mere hatred.

Let me break it down.
CBN in one of its policies decided to start restricting importation of milk and encouraged milk importing companies to start developing local capacity. At least I know Friesland has begun that and injects local milk to its production.

With this new rule, only companies who have been seen to begin developing local capacity will be allowed to continy importation pending when we can completely do away with imports. While countries who are not ready to do anything but rely 100% on import will not be allowed to import again.

Message is clear, stop wasting our foreign reserve, encourage and develop local producers and in turn create jobs. We are not self sufficient in milk production yet, but we will get there.

You are gullibly ignorant , do you know how much I make from Friesland Campina every year? Shut up when people that know what's happening are talking keep quiet and learn ..So you know how long Buhari has been forcing them to buy his fulani milk ? Do you know the first meeting Buhari had as president was with officials of Friesland Campina? To compel them to buy his fulani milk ..do you know that since last year's the CBN closed the forex window on all milk importers including theses 6 mentioned up there and have seen it was not sustainable as the useless fulani cattles had nothing to offer and this is a safe face measure , are all the 6 there not responsible for 99 percent of milk exports into the country ?
