Please, I ordered something from Ali express, when it was taking too long to ship, I cancelled the order, the seller already agreed to the cancellation, but I am yet to see the money being reversed. What do I do next please?

Reversal is not immediate. You have to be patient

Just saw the rumours about the redmi note 9 I hope it's not true sha because the only upgrade was the battery which was slightly increased to 4100 everything the same with the note 8 which is a big let down.

Lolz. For you it's a let down but for others coming from older models, it's an upgrade.

I searched the whole Ikeja for original Redmi Airdots; all I would could find were fakes, and replicas. Why is it so difficult to just get an original?

I know someone who's selling confirm original if you want.

The specs are very very decent.

SoC: SD675 (the same processor on the RN7 pro)

Camera: Quad module (main shooter, wide angle, macro and depth sensors) 48mp as usual.

Battery: 4100mAh (18w Quick Charge)

Glass body (GG5)

This device is a massive upgrade over the Redmi Note 7 and Redmi Note 8 abeg. But, I'm still waiting for Redmi Note 10. That phone is likely to be a 5G device.

Where my RN10 (RNX) crew them? Una still dey ball?

Oga calm down abeg. Which one be massive upgrade on RN8? Bet you don't know the meaning of massive. Only difference is 100mah extra for the battery which will not even have effect because of the SD 675. And SD 675 vs 665on the RN8 is just marginal difference, held rn7pro and RN8 side by side and I can conclude from the speed text its just a marginal differences in speed Infact you hardly notice. However that doesn't mean SD 675 is not greater than 665

It's not a massive upgrade. I'm beginning to feel successive generations of Redmi note series don't feel much like massive upgrade over their predecessors.

Addition of FHD+ AMOLED. In-screen fingerprint scanner, and SD 700+ series would've passed as a massive upgrade although it'll come way more expensive than the regular Redmi note series price range.

SD675 is more powerful than SD710

Or is it because it doesn't carry the 700 series tag?

It's got FHD resolution although on an IPS LCD screen but note that it's a budget phone and prices have to be kept as low as possible.

Na wa. SD675 is on par or even better than SD710

I remember Genius43 talking about Qualcomm's confusing naming scheme when the chipset was released.

I don't even know how you manage to compare SD665 with SD675.

Na wa. It is well.

Snapdragon 675 vs Snapdragon 710 Benchmark Comparison

Several phones now feature both of these chips and there have been some early benchmarks to reveal how well they perform against each other.

Oppo RX17 Pro features the SD710 and scored 170,000 in Antutu
Xiaomi Mi8 SE features the SD710 and scored 174,333 in Antutu
Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro features the SD675 and scored 180,808 in Antutu
Vivo V15 Pro features the SD675 and scored 179,327 in Antutu
So the above results show that the Snapdragon 675 actually outperforms the 710.

Amoled?, 700+ Series?, Consider the price brother... They wanna keep it Budget Range as Possible

As at last year, I was expecting the SD675 to be a 700 series chipset but alas, it was named SD675. What to do na?

Who remembers when RN7 was selling for almost 80k and RN7 pro was selling for 100+

If you look at the name and jump to conclusions then, I can't say anything more.

It's my opinion. RN9 is a massive upgrade over the RN7 (which I am currently using), and is a better option to the RN8.

Both SD660 and SD665 are not as good as SD710 and yet SD675 is better than SD710.

The only drawback is the power consumption which is much more better on the RN8.

It's possible that R9 and RN9 pro will come with Mediatek G70 and Dimensity 5G respectively.

This 9th generation will be better than than the 8th generation.

Note: my opinion backed up by facts. Nothing more.

Thank you brother.

The SD675 is a 700+ plus series level chipset. Don't let the name trick you. It's on that level.

For the Amoled and in display FP sensor, that may probably come with the Pro version.

You are correct.. The 700 series has better battery management (7nm,8nm and 10nm) while the 600 series has lesser better battery management (11nm, 12nm and 14nm) and they don't slack behind on speed when compared to the 700 series

I agree with you.

In addition to what you have said, SD675 is somewhere in between SD712 and SD720 in terms of performance rating.

That guy comparing SD665 to SD675 just off me I swear.

Guy whether you like it or not the difference between 675 and 665 is not massive. Why not do a speed test between both and stop arguing blindly
