Okay, but maybe you should add a caveat to your comments as it was stated in the OP that the deceased was already on nitrate meds which should never be taken in conjunction with Viagra lest one experiences a dangerous drop in blood pressure and later on a heart attack.

What is shame there? A man went to have sex with a prostitute and either he was poisoned to death or he died of chronic heart disease, of which he may still die at any moment reason being that he will still abuse those Viagra drug even when having sex with the wife.
We should focus on proper investigation on what actually lead to the death of this man instead of trying to shame the man. An autopsy should be conducted.

Exactly. All these stories about deaths from drugs can only be curtailed when untrained people are stopped from dealing on drugs!
The issue is, when you want to raise concerns about how to stop those people, some people think that you just want to monopolize the business. They forget or perhaps don't know the health and economic consequences of the current state of things. If it were about monopoly, pharmacists don't even need to stop anybody because no matter what, they'll still be making it. After all, wholesale pharmacists and importers don't care who they sell to. But the right thing has to be done! People should get trained as pharmacists before they deal on drugs. The knowledge is very important to save this country from all these shameful stories of deaths from drugs and from drug fueled crimes in this 21st century. As I'm typing this, tramadol that was supposedly banned is still being sold in some "chemists" to criminals. Our porous borders is not helping matters too.
