You can actually use a phone. I did for mine.

Make sure there is adequate natural light in the room, not too much, not too little. Make sure your background is plain as in the guidelines. Look into the camera.
Then don't use WhatsApp to send the picture (It resizes photo pixels). Attach as an email, or if using your phone to fill the application, attach directly.
Try not to use all the photo editing apps to touch the photo, EXCEPT to crop if too large and out of focus.

If these don't work, just find a properly set up photo studio that will give you the photos as soft copy without being treated/touched up or watermarked

I can be very pro U.S. immigration, a merit beneficiary myself.
What i cannot stand about most of my fellow countrymen is their brazen unapologetic penchant for cheating the system. They do it so openly, I mean if you will even cheat the system why loud it in public or even brag about it. Some who have never met you before when in naija or U.S. will just assume every other Nigerian cheated the system and it is very very sad.

The draftors of the the US constitution never thought It will become so bad today.

There are thousands of Nigerians in diaspora me inclusive who will not blink an eye to return to naija that's why WE invest, come home steady and Still believe strongly in the country.

The white form says it all. Write the persons name and sign. The person must go with the white form and a valid acceptable ID card. Eg passport, drivers license
