It turns out they were correct. Out of the 300 people who have been tested, 136 have tested positive for the coronavirus. The high rate of infection encapsulates how quickly the disease can spread.

These white people want the disease so bad in Africa, to wipe out most of us. Most of their comments always about why Africa is not affected.

Their comments actually make sense because every other continent has reported few cases and isolated them to prevent spread but Africa has not even been testing people for Corona virus. They have not being doing tests so they have not reported a single case which makes it possible that the infection is already in Africa.
