Sorry, APC will lose both states. 2/3 of 8 is 5 and PDP got 25% and over in 5 lga. That is assuming INEC recogmised APC votes. But by law, all votes cast for APC are invalid as they have no candidate. It is same as votes case for PRP that fielded no candidate in Bayelsa.
