You can be deceived into signing a contract or a lease agreement That is why there is an offence called misrepresentation but you cannot be deceived into taking part in armed robbery which is in itself illegal. You cannot be deceived into acting outside of the scope of your office but you can be deceived when you have followed process.

Secondly the charge does not say that Pinnacle is not qualified nor does it say that the contract award process was faulty. What it says is that the awardee is friend to the DG. The DG should have properly recused himself from decision making. There is no law that says that because the DG is a friend of mine I cannot tender. His offence is making a decision that he should not have put himself in position to make.

PS: You were doing well in your argument until you just had to bring in Buhari. Who has Buhari passed the buck to and on what matter? Please provide details.

Stop it there. Modibo Kawu is a yorubaman from Kwara state. I remember his amazing performance in the 90s at radio kwara. Buhari can never ask a fulaniman to go or be relieved of his job just like that. They're the most corrupt tribe on earth but they like covering up themselves. Buhari can only do so to a non fulani and those who are not from the core north.

Kawu is a friend to bukola Saraki. They're merely persecuting him ni. We would see the outcome of the investigation. Meanwhile, a fulaniman must have been prepared to take over whilst the investigation is ongoing and by the time they conclude, they'd say he's innocent and all charges have been withdrawn but then, it would have been too late because a fulaniman would have taken over. They planned a similar coup against Osinbajo which made the latter say he could waive his immunity to allow investigations into the matter take place...they failed eventually.

Stop saying what you're not sure of, all because you want to blindly support an already failed party, ok?
