I agree with you/the OP that such activities is real sex, I agree with it because I have heard of a lot of people who woke up wet, demonstrated, etc, after such night attacks. Wet dreams are as a result of our brain relieving us of pent up sexual tensions(which is a good thing IMO). The human brain/consciousness is like a computer/software that we’ve not fully understood how it functions, it works in mysterious ways.
