Most yoruba leaders steal their people blind.
But their people will form blind deaf and dumb
But will be foaming in the mouth when other tribes are mentioned

To them their leaders are not and will never be thieves.
Same way awolowo used the oduduwa investment company to steal.
Till date he died no one has heard about his Will
Because if it's ever made public
Tinubu the serial thief will be a saint compared to what Awolowo stole

Makinde be learner in Politics, once a Governor allocates a land (provided payments where made) then new Governor can only seize the land after payment of compensation.. The Land in question was first allocated by Ladoja a PDP Governor to himself, and seized and re allocated by Alao Akala a PDP Governor to Aree Arisekola, when Ladoja went to court over illegal seizure of his land after purchasing it from the state Government like any other citizen, Arisekola quickly sold it (or gifted it to Ajimobi).. so Ajimobi can deal with future court cases

In the end, what ever land a seating governor allocates and has a C of O, even supreme court cant upturn such allocation without ordering full compensation to the Land Owner... this is why The Ayefele Music House Akala allocated and Amusement park couldn't be reverted after Ajimobi spent time in court chasing shadows

If you get a chance to kill a snake and you see ajimobi, better to leave the snake and go for ajimobi's head. Even his own political family will never pray for ajimobi to govern oyo state again. Politics aside, the man wickedness is another level. As regards land illegal acquisition I think seyi need to spread his scope to ologueru where ajimobi has used his constituted authority to acquire hectares of land illegally from the common man. Affliction will never rise again in oyo state

How much did he pay for the property, i can bet it isnt commensurate with the current value of the land. The state can contest that the sale is tainted with fraud and may decide to just return his consideration, the property wouldn't have appreciated that much looking at the time of purchase till now if at all there would be need
for additions to the purchase price.
The guy is a heartless thief.

the problem here is time of first purchase is around 2003-2007 Ladoja, forceful resale by Akala around 2018, and resale by Arisekola to Ajimobi 2012 to 2014, now the problem is Arisekola is dead, while Akala's record of sales would be difficult to prove

Let's hope that the land will not end up in the hands of the current government officials. If so, it will be taken over again by a new government.
