The thanksgiving service for Late HRH Eze Israel Okwu Kanu and Lolo Sally Okwu Kanu the parents to the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu took place at St. Andrew’s Anglican Church Isiama Afaraukwu Ibeku Umuahia, Abia State on 16th, February 2020.

ABN TV reports that the burial of His Royal Majesty Eze Israel Okwu Kanu, the traditional ruler of Afaraukwu Community in Umuahia North and his wife, the parents of Nnamdi Kanu took place On Friday the 14th of February 2020.
