Most of us still do anyway and it's genuine.
The departing line is when you seem not to use your brain again, then the honour is withdrawn from you regardless of whom you are.
What is happening between me n u now is a typical illustration...think about it.

Leave him to God truly, let God judge him and people should stop judging the man on social media.
I am not saying what the man did was right, nevertheless, anyone in his shoes at that moment might likewise be blown out of proportion and loose his temper or unable to control it thereby doing something even worse like shooting a gun or breaking a bottle to stab.
So don't let us come here and judge the man like we are all saints ourselves that can never make such mistake even worse.
Afterall, the kings and their chiefs didn't really reveal to us everything that happened in that meeting, we were just told that someone hit the other because of land matter, but what did the other person said or did there that resulted to the assault, they refused to say, because it's a royal matter like they claim and will be settled among themselves.

So stay calm and watch them and God in between. Judgement would surely be served to whomever warrants it.

Let me strongly warn the mod that banned me without a fair hearing. Supreme court justices are better than you. Oluwo will soon dethrone. And what if the same GOD leaves you for your enemies. Let's fine. I have a better deal for you. Are you interested in this deal? I have Ashley HomeStore coupon codes; you can use this code to buy any home furniture or office furniture at the lowest price.

How come Nigerians are alarmed and taking side in routine brawl between two adults than they are about the poor people of Iwoland whose lands are seized and sold by these 2nd class Obas.
Where is our sense of JUSTICE? Why do allow our prejudices about young king of Iwoland distort our sense of judgement?
more blessings to you bro. If you go to rural villages and see what those so-called Kings do ehhh u will weep for the poor

Afolabi, I think that they said that Yoruba have respect, so why say your king and elder action is mumu

Re: Oluwo Akanbi: Leave Me To God, Stop Judging Me On Social Media by okka(m): 11:18am On Feb 18, 2020
Initially I was wondering why Oluwo should do such but later on it dawned on me that he was defending the masses on the arrogancy of the so called kings who ascribe land ownership to themselves and call sort on someone's inheritance just because they are made kings.

The defending Obas said they were not selling Iwo lands but the lands in their domains. What justification do they have to do such. The Obas/traditional rulers from immemorial have been oppressors who usually sold their subjects into slavery for financial or material returns.
Sometime ago, when a new king was installed in one of the towns under contention, he ordered that all the lands sold during the previous king's reign be revoked and rebought by buyers. The buyers, some of who had started developing or even built on theirs have to pay additional prices to retain the titles. In fact, our church camp ground was affected.

But the manner of defense by Oluwo may be wrong, however, he's pained by their primitiveness and such action which is prevalent in almost all communities in Nigeria, should stop in this new dispensation otherwise people will revolt or defenders will rise up for the poor masses' rescue.

Not his fault. Politicians who installed him when from all indications he was a misfit and have balked at deposing him till now are to blame. Ondo State Government did not take this long to be firm about its position when the deposed Deji of Akure beat his wife in public. Here the Oluwo did worse when he beat another traditional ruler and drew blood right in the presence of an AIG who did not arrest him! What a country!
