The Passport upload is not really an issue... You can use you phone to capture yourself. Make sure the background is plain. Resize the picture to passport size. It will be more than the acceptable size of 350kb. Go to Google play, download Lit photo. Use this app to compress the picture, upload and you're good to go

If you used Yahoomail during registration and haven't gotten a mail yet, login using your phone number as password.
Thereafter, reset your password and you are good to go.

You can now proceed with the registration by using your phone number as password. Just follow the instruction on Inec's website.
