A white man congressman recently posted a video on social media networks, claiming that the Igbo people a.k.a IPOB are the first fruit of God's creation, that others came through them, for me believing this difficult.

Here are his words:

Likewise, the first ever known race of people where women are accorded full rights was among the Igbos.

The Igbos he claims, gave the world and humanity most of what it knows today.

They are ancient people and surviving remnants of the first humans created by God".

in fact, the colonialist were shocked to discover that the purest form of democracy is being practiced by the ancient igbos - and they saw that the igbos already developed a form of 'primitive civilization' and human rights since the ancient times.
