I am ready for constructive discussion but we have to come to terms with what you mean by listing commerce as where you have absolute advantage over others. We need to start by looking at the condition of the place where commercial activities takes place in Aba which is the most important town in Abia state.

Most of those posting nonsense about Abia have no tarred roads in their states.

ABIANS ARE HIGHLY INDUSTRIOUS. Abia state is ONE of FEW states with the lowest poverty rates as at 2018, this index is being reviewed every 10 years. It is also one few states blazing the trail on the ease of doing business. I challenge any of the posters to mention how their states outperform Abia.

NB: That is not to say that I support any form of bad leadership in abia state. STOP DEMONIZING A STATE THAT YOU AINT BETTER THAN.

Wow, surprised they've gone that far. The first tenure it was something like one foundation per year and folks just avoided the place like a plague choosing instead to 'fly over' to Portharcourt from Umuahia.

The infrastructural deficit in Abia State is mind boggling. And for a State that is the headquarters of cottage industries in Nigeria, this is just heart breaking. A lot of business I would have done the past few years. No way. Congestion everyehere. When the rains come its a calamity.
