ok, let me help you in your quest....
next time you hear of a party from the association of LAWYERS/DOCTORS/PILOTS/ARCHITECTS etc of Nigeria...just join the party. you will definitely meet intelligent smart men there. when groups of Nigerian entrepreneurs are getting together for an event, joint them.
next time you hear about opera/theater type of show etc go hang around there.... better yet, go to the best universities in the country and hang around top students there.

now remember, being around AND meeting intelligent men is just half of the work, and unless you can actually attract these men with your own presence/intelligence, then it would all be a waste of time.
