Supreme Court can't reverse itself.

It is unfortunate that politicians are making nonsense of our Supreme Court. What is rarely heard of the Supreme Court (i.e. tempted to reverse its decision), is now flooding the court. I blame the Justices who have allowed themselves to be so used by the politicians. I hope they get out of this impending disaster.

Supreme Court shouldn't tamper with any if the judgements they have given because it will affect their integrity.

It will Seriously affect their integrity & their judgement will no longer be supreme, as subsequent leaders will take advantage of this.

Appealing a SC Ruling to the SC is alien to the Constitution of the FRN and against the Rules guiding the Process of Court.

They applied for review and same time appealing the ruling...!!

If it was a time when there was sanity, you rarely see all these because the Judgement is always glaring.

However, am certain that all these ploys by the APC is about IMO.

I do not care on whatever happens in any of the review, if they like, let them announce Lyon back as governor, after all, Bayelsians voted for him and PD P have really been a disgrace in Bayelsa.

But am patiently waiting for them at IMO, because they have a lot of explanations to do.

The Supreme court clearly gave reason why they passed the judgement they passed. Go again and read it, this time slowly and with an unbiased mind. Note, for Imo, the case was the validity of the votes cancelled. Now, are they cooked? that is not the point? did election hold? did INEC sign on the forms? are there witnesses? Now, APC submitted all that, PDP went there with absolutely nothing and said the votes are inflated bla-bla-bla with their mouth and not 1 i repeat ONE single proof and you open your mouth and say nonsense.
