They are different, Emeka can be short form of more than one name. We have NNAEMEKA, CHIEMEKA, CHUKWUEMEKA same as UJU we have OBIANUJU, UJUNWA same as we have OSI which can be OSITADINMA, OSITA, OSILE, OSINACHI. It is up to you to prove beyond these reasons which one represent the actual name.

Even if there is a case against you at the Supreme Court and you become Governor or Deputy, that case is automatically frozen until you finish your tenure because any trial when you are in office is unconstitutional.

I think the only solution to stop all these rubbish about forgery is for balyesans to start giving themselves easy to pronounce and spell names. That name pronouncements and spelling is the reasons why their certificate seem forged
