Not what the person appointed can do to improve upon his or her predecessors. That's why there is no improvement in any facet of our country.

Please which university appointed this man Professor? Ambassador-at-large would be better if it is a chop-chop position. But Chairman of Callywood? Please folks from Cross Rivers, is Ben Ayade a meaningful governor?
