With time, when the business picks, you can expand and even resign your day job.

what if the government start cracking down on bet shops tomorrow like in the case of commercial motorcycles and tricycles? the carwash business is not bad but its hard to get trustworthy persons to work for you , the boys can't do without drugs but you can screen them by getting boys via recommendation and referrers because some come under the guise of working for you, steal gadgets from customers car and run away.

Also note that you need steady water supply , truly willing boys , solid concrete platform , busy location , equipments and a may be a kind of side attraction. you will make more money on weekends, and dry season because people dont like dust on dash board and seat belt, but sales is usually low mid-raining season , mention me if you need more info , I had one before I had issue with my land owner who also want to use the same land for car wash business.
