The young footballer could actually be one catering for the family needs, loosing him untimely will immensely affect everybody. I pray God grant the bereaved family the fortitude to bear this loss.

that officer should not be taken alive out of that place, all this 'taking him to station' has never produced results, let one random person just smash his head and run away , then mob action go set in, nothing to happen afterwards... lawlessness is the way to go now, since the laws don't seem to protect the common man anymore.

The truth is that they did the right thing. If those guys had lynched that officer, that was how their video would make it to the internet. They would have been looking at death sentence by now. "you nailed it. the shrewd one sees calamity and conceals himself". sadly, nigerian youths keeps repeating same mistakes, and when disaster strikes, they begin to wail over spilt milk. avoid actions that would attract SARS to you. there is no safe ground anywhere.

I almost thought that way but i later refused to buy that.
(1) the guy can never jump out else he would have try to run wen they stoped him initialy, bt the same police told us dat he coperated when they stopped him. Even accepted to be taking to a near_by station.
(2)He has no reason to jump out from a moving car since his devices has been collected checked and no atom of criminality was found.
(3) In every arrest the suspect is guarded, meaning he is to be in the middle of the officer. He cant jump passed an officer in the same car.
(4) if he was truely hit by an incoming car whom, they later told us ran away the police would have do one of this, find the car dat hit him, of take the boy for a treatment earlier on.

So u see their renforced claim of the incident has many doubts to a sound mind.

On a serious note, if the government is not going to end them, all these SARS officers should be fitted with compulsory body cam. And the death penalty should be applied for any unjustified murder, regardless of who commits it. That's my take.
