well with Chuks i think it's the dribbles that have kinda caused the hype but I agree he hasn't done too much especially this season for the hype he gets. could it be all the reports of interest from liverpool and barcelona is not allowing him to focus.

just like you i think the praise Osimhen gets is justified. doing well in the french league 4th in the goal scorers charts in his first season with lille. performed creditably in the UCL scored against Valencia and Chelsea. God willing he could score back to back 20 goals in 2 seasons. he's no where near the finished article but i commend him for what he has done so far. Especially as he was bought as a backup for loic remy

andrewbaba44:

Osimhen doesn’t have shitty team mates ,I see when people talk am but I no just wan argue

Or isn’t it the same Lille that came second last season without victor ?

But victor is Lille best player sha ,I won’t lie

As much as I love victor I had to admit that he doesn’t have shitty team mates

Is it not here that someone said that Villarreal is not playing to chuks strength as if chuks is Messi ,chuks is one of their best player but not their best so how can they play to his strength? Or is carzola and co not there ?

I said chuks is overrated by peeps here and that got almost all of them angry ,some even change am for my head saying I said he is overrated generally ,overrated by people here and not by the media ,I said what I said

If you are comming for me come with good point and don’t twist things

and who is lille top scorer?

some times you just wanna make a comment so as to appear objective even when it is obvious that it carries no sense in the comparism

if you've been watching that team play you'll agree in all sincerity that there is dearth of talents/stars in that team...

the team Is struggling, same marselle that won them at home nantes beat silly the other day

even remy goal rates is not well spread like Oshimen..and does not have his kind of work rate.

What has osimhen done for you to place him above Chuks?.
Cos he's scored 13 goals in a half a season.....
Chuks has actually shone against the likes of barca and madrid.
This is where you guys hype players based on favouritism..
Chuks plays in a better league for one, infact chukwueze would probably find it easier in the Ligue 1.....

I am not here comparing who is above who

I love naija players ,no force words put for my mouth

I love victor and I love Chuks

Weda better league or not ,osimhen is Lille best player and same can’t be said of chuks ,do you think it’s easy to be the best player in a team that has an experience loic remy ?

And yes we have an experience world class carzola in Chuks team ,but trust me there are still about 2 players rated ahead of him

Stop being personal ,this is not about your favorite but this is about sincerity about naija players ok ,the way you speak e go be like way na haaland arguement

So because Neymar plays at the farmers means all laliga wingers are better than him ?

Because Lingard and martial plays in the epl means they are better than Icardi and cavani ?

Think before you talk next time bro ,and remove emotion and double standard from your arguement

Thanks

Another player has agreed to make to switch to Nigeria. He has played for the youth teams of a top European nation and we have been chasing him for a while. I can not say names for obvious reasons.

We should get an announcement in the next 2-3 months.

Chuks Aneke? Adarabioyo abi na Obafemi?

Osimhen has been clearly better than Chuks bro.

When rating how good a player is compared to another you consider factors such as the results (output) of the players in their respective position, the quality of the league they play in and then other factors such as their current form.

Clearly Osimhen has had the better result.

You may argue that Chuks plays in a higher level league, however it is clear that Osimhen is better that the team he currently plays for.

Furthermore, when we brought both of them together in the national team against Lesotho Osimhen still had better results and outshone Chuks.

Let us not be sentimental (trademark of most peeps here). Osimhen has been better than Chuks this season.

I hope our boys are watching Kovacic. Watch the way he owns the midfield, covers a wide range of space. Works to help build play, create chances and defends.

A complete midfielder.

Thank you thegoodjoe.

I once stated here that Ndidi is very close but is not yet a world class player and many people felt hurt and sentimental.

It is a good thing he is improving under Rogers.

Wrong! Our best CB pairing is Ekong and Omeruo. I think Rohr prefers Ajayi just because of his height. Technically, the EPL defenders are some of the worst in Europe. The EPL teams don’t know how to defend because of the kick and follow system they play over there.

Celestine Babayaro would’ve been one of the best LB in the world if he had played in Italy or Germany. The EPL destroyed his talent pata pata.

Ajayi is good technically and a goal scoring defender

Omeruo is error prone and plays in a back 5 in a poor Leganes side, that is the meaning of kick and rush

I don’t watch the Championship, so I haven’t seen him play in Europe this year. But I gotta confess that he has played well for the Super Eagles so far; however, I have learned not to trust England based defenders.

Kenneth Omeruo error prone? Are you kidding me?

Ekong, who’s arguably our best CB commits more errors than Kenneth. And so does Leon Balogun.
