The ban affects immigrant visa only. Since Spousal visa is in the category of immigrant visa, automatically it affects it.

We can only wait for the ban to be lifted soon. I think I am in the same shoes with you as I will be getting married to my fiance next month.

Am already married last year and my noa2 have approved in 7 days ago, what chances do I have to get my Visa to be approved. Second question we they stop the process or continue the processing because of the ban?

The Process will continue. But Visa won’t be issued. The VO can ask for a waiver though. You can learn more on Visajourney.

The only thing she can do is to find a good company that can give you temporary work visa , so you can take it from there.

Have u already applied for spousal vis? If you haven’t, I suggest you file for Fiancé visa because the ban doesn’t affect it

Bro, don’t complicate matters! You will be under the ban if you choose the spousal route, unless you’re willing to possibly wait for another 4 and half years to re-unite with your wife. Put a hold on the wedding, or do traditional introduction and file for k—1 visa. The process takes less time. Mine took 7 months. Mind you, you won’t be eligible for K1 visa if you do anything like court or white wedding!. The ball is in your court.

That's true. But don't wanna make her feel like I am marrying her cos I want to come there. Besides, she agrees to be coming here every six months or once a year depending on the situation until the ban is lifted.

Well, at this point you have to define what you want! I did distance with my fiancé for one year and it’s been really hard! You want to move to America so tell her in your own way. Just be matured and careful! Abi you no wan go Yankee?

The fastest and surest way to be with your fiancé right now is the k-1 route! Have a good day mate
