There's a LH activity report form in the training mail. You also have to keep track of the subjects, as well as the grade they belong to because you will need those information to fill the form on a daily basis.

To those who just applied, who are yet to be contacted to activate their account to start answering, here is the plausible reason I can deduce:

LatinHire already have enough online tutors to handle their daily limit of questions to be answered. However, you can still hope you get contacted as soon as the daily limit is increased, perhaps, more tutors would be needed. This is just my thought.

pls I need guidance on what to do, I started the whole process of registration, as well as English test on my phone. later on, I decided to use my laptop for the STEM test, & on the process, logged on to gmail (via laptop) to DocuSign Tutoring Framework Agreement, I got a validation code, signed the document & submitted, but the system hanged on the process, so I assumed the operation failed, I then re-login on my phone, re-docusigned the tutoring framework agreement, got another validation code, & submitted.
It's been past 10 working days now (Feb 12), that, I signed the document & I'm yet to get a feedback from Latinhire. pls brothers & sisters, kindly assist a fellow hustler, what will I do?

Lol... na all these kind stories I no dey like to hear. Does it mean you didn't go through the information sent to you via email titled "Training Instructions"?

Anyway, I want to believe the Latinhire/brainly team have the records of the questions you have answered so far regardless of whatever you reported on the activity report. That's what they will use mainly in preparing weekly report.

If you are still in doubt, you can reach out to LatinHire through the appropriate channel to explain your ordeal and see what their response would be.

Hello All,

Many of you have been writing us to report that there are few questions in the Content Tool. This message is to explain the reason for this recent situation and what we can expect in the future.

The reason why there are few questions in the Content Tool is that we are quickly reaching the daily limit that Brainly has set up for the team of LatinHire tutors. As a group, we are completing our daily goal in 10 to 12 hours, leaving most of the day without any questions to answer.

In the following lines we answer some questions you may be having about this.

1- Sometimes I see unanswered questions that suddenly disappear, only to appear again the next day. Is this a tech issue?

No, that is normal. When we, as a group, reach the daily limit of a certain subject, then all questions for that subject will disappear, regardless of if they have been answered or not. For example, if we are allowed to answer, as a group, 2000 questions per day, there may be 3,000 available in the Content Tool, but they will all disappear when we hit the 2,000 answers mark.

2- At what time are the questions in the Content Tool reloaded?

At 00:15 UTC approximately.
If you log into the Content Tool at that time, you will see a large number of questions available. Then, by 13:00 UTC the Content Tool will be empty because we have hit our daily limit.
Confused about UTC time? You can convert a UTC time to your local time here.

3- Will this situation improve? Can I expect to see more questions in the Content Tool anytime soon?

Yes, the questions we are allowed to answer will increase progressively. However, it will take some weeks before you notice a difference.
For now, your best chance to see more questions is to log into the Content Tool between 00:15 UTC and 10:00 UTC.
