The most hated Nigerian is an Igbo man.

That begs the question WHY??

Nigeria is almost 60years old and have been ruled by mostly Yorubas and the Hausa-Fulanis. They have utterly mismanaged, corrupted and ran the country aground to the extent that Nigeria is the poverty capital of the world yet the Igbo man is the most hated. WHY?

Nigeria is on the map as having the most deadly terrorists in the world and this is coming from the North. Yet Igbo man is the most hated.

During the civil war, about 3 million Igbos were slaughtered. During the infamous pogrom in the north about 2 million Igbos were killed. So much hatred. HATRED that can be touched.

...and it is passed from generation to generations. WHY?

I just pray the Igbos get the Biafra so that the Nigerian hatred can be channeled somewhere else.

PEACE to the all men !
2 million killed in which progrom
Lie with sense

Every war has two sides. One side that wants freedom, and another side that is fighting that there will be no freedom

Which was Biafra and which one was Nigeria?

That was how one dude was arguing SE for presidency on the other thread.

if you indeed you want to go you won't participate in last year election to show your seriousness

you people are enemy of yourself. I still curse Ironsi till date for scrapping Regionalism. I know what my region would have look like by now

the foundational problem of this country started with you Igbo. the centralisation and the first coup. you people change Nigeria political space and this why Hausa won't trust you people with presidency, even if Yoruba will, Hausa won't with the way you massacre their people then and protect yours

you people be acting flawless, you can only deceive those that have never read you people history. nonsense

When I read bile comments and diatribe based on ethnicity here on Nairaland , I cringe!

It only sends shrills down my intellectual spine that this country sadly has no future!

Our fathers ( the youths of yesterday) took a very foolish step in the past...arrogance and ego drive at dominance arguably pushed them into what would remain an ogre that has refused to fade away. Unfortunately, we the youths of today, under the influence of same stupidity (and although having a relative more exposure and education at our disposal) choose to tow the same ignoble path of yesterday!

Wither the future guys?

I'll say this once, Igbo, yoruba, middle belt as long as you are not from the north, you spend time debating amongst yourself, whether Banter or seriously and while you spend time breeding disunity, the northerners are breeding strength in populations and military. And you spend all your time divided by selfish interests, revelling on the plight of others and defending a religion and tribe you did not create but born into. How is it no one sees the error in all these but instead fueled by prejudice and hate. I only pity everyone because as soon as the northerners gets their acts together, everyone will bear the brunt. Igbos and yorubas alike

That's how you people will be arguing and Corona will ravish Nigeria. Bunch of tribalistic idiots bundled together in this geographical contraption. Very lazy and greedy people beating war drums that cannot even manufacture tooth picks, always preferring suicide off the 3rd mainland bridge rather than focus this energy towards seeking accountability from the politicians that have mortgaged their future.

Tuffiaaaa! See how a simple thread has turned into tribal bigotry and war.
