I am a farmer who is into nursery. I plant all kinds of crops like Cashew, cocoa, Oilpalm,wallnut, bittercola, pawpaw, mango, orange and so on but the major plant that has got my attention for years is Oilpalm.
Oilpalm brings me money, though very expensive to start up but it is very lucrative and reliable.

So this is how my business is.... I buy let's say a pack of sprouted oilpalm seeds which cost 35k and there are 1000 sprouted seeds in a pack.
Then I buy buy potting bags of 1000pieces which is about #4,500, the labourers will collect 3k for potting and arranging the 1000 bags. let's assume I have a land already and source of water, I'llsay other expenses like transportation to farm will be 5k.

With this now, I have the total of my expenses to be approximately #50,000.(this is actually for someone that has been in the business before otherwise the value would increase to maybe 80k,it depends)

Now let's calculate how much I will get after selling.

A mature plant/seedling is sold for #150-#250(depending on how good market is)
So let's say #200× 950plants( assuming 50 plants did not survived)
that gives Us #190,000. This figure might decrease or increase.

So now I have got a lot of supplies to make in 7 months time and I need investors because I can't meet up alone with my own capital. For this reason I am looking for investors right now.

The return on investment for #100,000 would be #240,000 at the end of 8months. There would be signing of Contractual agreement between Us and the investors.

The sprouted seeds when grown in potting bags will take 7months to be ready for sales. That is, the time for the seedlings to be matured Enough for transplanting in farmlands is approximately 7months but some people do sell theirs before then, I sell mine after seven months of planting.

The last question I asked relates to the new order you have:- You say you have a new order from your customers which is why you're seeking investors so now I'm asking to know the size or quantity of the new order the person needs.

Okay, I got confused when you used the word "size".
Talking about quantity, it's about 30,000 pieces.

I can't say precisely when I'll be at the farm because I don't go everyday, I go anytime I feel I need to wet my plants or anytime I have an order.
