For real, that young man, Foden was magical. I think he took time to study Mahrez. Those first ball kills were off the chain. He got the fans screaming when he pulled some insane ball controls.

His through passes down the wing was reminiscent of Silva in his prime. His defending work rate was also borderline crazy.

I think we have a magical gem on our hands. Training with the likes of Bernardo, Mahrez, Silva, De Bruyne, Walker and others seems to have infected Foden in a very beautiful way.

As I was watching, my mind kept drifting to what Iheancho would have been if he was patient with the club.
You said it all the good joe ,foden is a real talent and I am glad he played the full 90 minutes

But Pep didn’t want nacho nah ,so he just needed to leave

I will be okay with Trabzonspor and Gala taking the top two spots in Turkey. Will be good at the end of the season. Mikel and Nwakaeme with Trabzonspor and Henry/Jesse with Gala.

Seeing all four of them in the UCL/UEL would be beautiful most especially the UCL. For Mikel and Henry, UCL is no new thing to them. Hope they get that ticket again.
Yeah bro

I wanna see legend mikel playing in the champions league again at 33

Not true. He is not doing better than Chukwueze. He is also not doing better than Ejuke. Is Sarr doing better than Bonaventure too who banged in goals against Man Utd and Real Madrid this season?? Na wa ooo...

And for Moses Simon, Sarr is CERTAINLY not doing better than him this season. Nothing like maybe.

Sarr just scored two goals against Liverpool and we won't hear word. Lad that has been majorly anonymous this season.

See, the guy is good but he is not outshining most of our youngsters. Even David Okereke has been better than him this season.
Okay let me agree with you a little about denni

But sarr is doing better than chuks nah ,more goals and than him and more assists ,or how do you judge yours ?

We would have said the same thing if Foden was a Nigerian and Pep kept him on the bench and some times out of the team squad for a long time.

At the end, development is paramount and I feel Nacho would have gained much more with little game time but regular training under Guardiola's system.

Look at this bs Analysis. Did well at Barca? Then why was he sold? Then why didn't they go for him when Suarez was injured? U are here protecting a bum because he is a former Barca player.

Then u have the guts to talk international numbers when they were scored against the likes of Luxemburg and Malta Guinness. Respect yourself ooo. Don't be talking nonsense
Why would paco not he sold ,he even wanted to leave

So you wanted him to bench suarez abi ? Even as good as aguero he won’t bench suarez at Barca let alone average alcacer

Go and say this nonsense to Cr7 for getting most of his international goals against Those small countries

Oga you dey talk nonsense abeg ,just because they bench chuks doesn’t mean you should downplay another player

Stick to the Nigerian league which you are good at

Before the two goals vs Liverpool, Chuks and Sarr had the same goals and both still have same assists. But beyond that, Chuks has been more consistent and even attracted Liverpool in January who came with an official bid of 35 million Euros which was rejected. Sarr has been largely anonymous in most games and has only shown up a few times with the Liverpool game being his best obviously. Sarr has not been better this season. Compared to Chuks, he hasn't had several storming/outstanding games unlike Chuks so far in 2019/2020.

And not only Dennis. Even Okereke. Even Simon. Abeg Sarr never do past most of our youngsters. It is just Arsenal fans hyping the lad bcoz he saved their invincibles bragging rights attained 16 years ago.

Was Suarez not there when he went? U are just forming intelligent I don't see any smart thing u have said.

Then u compare Ronaldo to this bum just to get your silly point across. That just showed u know nothing but hate. Next thing u will say Immobile is better than Ronaldo.

Before Alcacer joined I said Moreno would be moved to the right and that is what happened. So obviously I want Paco out and Gerrard back at the striker position. Tu comprende?

That's a very funny question. Something that was confirmed. grin

And about him moving this summer, you can be rest assured the boy won't lack suitors this summer. Only that right now, Calleja dey play Euro-2020-help-my-Spanish-guys card by forcingly playing Paco and Moreno together.

And please for the love of God... Sarr has been mostly anonymous even before the Liverpool game. Lad have had more stinkers than good games this season. He never even do past Nacho for a whole season and Nacho was consistent even while at Man City.

And yes, Chuks will be more celebrated and talked about bcoz delivering consistent showings against some of the best teams in world football like Barcelona, Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid no be beans! Destroying three of La Liga's rated full backs in Lodi, Alba and Marcelo also no beans! Chuks na monster. It is tantamount to insult comparing him to Sarr.

Midfield control.

Gundogan knows how to dictate play. Not characterised by forward passes but all round. Gundogan knows when to pass forward, sideways or backwards. He gets the whole team involved with play which is the identity of Guardiola's play.

But you didn't specify better league. You said league goals.

He got two of those goals in one game. Most of his performances have been poor unlike Chuks. Chuks has been the more consistent performer not just in goals and assists but in chances created, key passes and more. Chuks have made his presence felt across more games even when not scoring unlike Sarr who has been largely Anonymous, popping up just a few times here or there and getting two quickfire goals against Liverpool.

Credits to Sarr for his Liverpool showing but it doesn't cancel the fact that he hasn't been consistent and has been largely anonymous this season.

It's just like saying Vinicius has been better than let's say a Joao Felix or a Kai Havertz or Ansu Fati this season all becos he scored in El classico yesterday. Made him the youngest scorer to do so this century even breaking Messi's record. I suppose that also makes him better abi. grin

Gundogan is a poor player imo, does not help defensively and very suspect in possession

He is not Mancity material, Foden and Zinchenko are better than him

Ilkay Gundogan broke Premier League passing records with his performance against Chelsea.

The German midfielder had the most touches and made the most passes and successful passes in Premier League history as Manchester City won 1-0.

With 174 completed passes, Gundogan broke the record of 164 set by another City player, Yaya Toure, back in December 2011.

It was a record-breaking day all round for City, with Pep Guardiola’s men also becoming the first side to make 900 passes in a Premier League game since Opta began collecting data back in 2003.

You are missing a lot if you think Gundogan is not a good player. He could be in the City top 5. From my rating

1. De Bruyne
2. RODRI
3. Aguero
4. Bernardo
5. Laporte
6. Gundogan

I rate him far ahead of Zinchenko and Foden. I rate him currently ahead of David Silva.
