Ihedioha and his supporters will cry well well tomorrow. He is just giving them empty hope like Atiku gave his foolish supporters with the server scam. |

You people don't even understand this case. Both Ihedioha and Uzodinma lawyers both messed up.Ihedioha's defense team was so lousy that they refused to counter Uzodinma's claims of 388 polling unit.Uzodinma's lawyers did a hatchet job that the polling unit results have APC votes greater than the accredited number of voters. This automatically cancel the election on the base of over voting.Even if you add the numbers on the new polling units total number of votes is greater than the accredited number of voters. Both lawyers should be fined. They both did a terrible job.I wish the both of them the best.I just don't know how the supreme court will reconcile this mess. |

chinoxstock:How? APC ambushed them and served them a notice this about a new count filing and you don’t want them to review, then respond? I am even thinking that, the one day PDP requested is too small. |

senatordave1:Tha apc filed not pdp.. The apc filed on friday and served pdp this morning. U don't expect pdp to go ahead with the trial without studying the content.. Lqzy Nigerian yoots make una read before commenting |

CyberWolf:I think the SC was constrained by the constitutional time frame window within which to resolve election cases, hence the rush to conclude and make a pronouncement based only technicalities. But the question is can the judgement stand the test of time? It is left to the PDP lawyers to proof that sufficient submissions were made during the initial hearing and which the Judges did not reckoned with. On personal ground I am not a fan of Uzodinma but I wish both side good luck. |
| Re: Imo Election: Ihedioha Asks Supreme Court For Adjournment by senatordave1(m): 4:12pm On Mar 02, 2020 |
ejanla077:APC responded to the written addresses this morning and handed same to the PDP in court. The PDP needs to respond and indeed sought the adjournment, not the SC. Though the PDP filed on Friday. According to the op in the bolded, pdp filed on Friday.you need to be fined |
| Re: Imo Election: Ihedioha Asks Supreme Court For Adjournment by senatordave1(m): 4:14pm On Mar 02, 2020 |
CID11:Only 6 polling units were affected by over voting and this is were cancellations will be made.it will not affect the final outcome.moreover uzodinma will win a rerun easily |
| Re: Imo Election: Ihedioha Asks Supreme Court For Adjournment by CyberWolf: 5:40pm On Mar 02, 2020 |
3Ceagle:In that case, let them reverse the judgement since there is sufficient evidence to prove that judgement was delivered in error. This is not the first time Supreme Court will reverse itself so, it’s possible. The danger here is that if this stands, it will set a bad precedent whereby in future, an influenced Supreme Court judge will start giving biased judgement even when the evidence is glaring. |

Lostz:If you had read the post with free and unbiased mind you would have known the reason. But let me help you Small. After adjournment sought by PDP about two weeks ago, PDP filed an application last week Friday in which APC needed to reply to. So today being Monday, APC submitted their reply and wished for continuation of the case; But PDP made application for adjournment again to study the APC reply. Now, who are you blaming for the incessant adjournment. Not once, APC has never asked for adjournment. |
| Re: Imo Election: Ihedioha Asks Supreme Court For Adjournment by gawu1: 6:14pm On Mar 02, 2020 |
rolams:Do you know APC lawyers were served an application on Friday by the PDP? So when were you expecting them to serve PDP their own application? You ought to know that the application served PDP lawyer by APC today was a reply to the Friday's PDP application. |

gawu1:the first adjournment APC have months to reply but choose to reply on the day of judgement. they should have replied that same Friday since they expect PDP to reply this very morning |

kahal29:He is charging per hour ![]() If eventually Ihedioha's case is found to be without merit, the supreme could pepper him with double the expected N60m court costs. |
| Re: Imo Election: Ihedioha Asks Supreme Court For Adjournment by gawu1: 6:39pm On Mar 02, 2020 |
Lostz:PDP filed the application just last week Friday. ie four days ago. Between Friday and Monday are Saturday and Sunday. So when were you expecting APC to make their reply to the PDP application? Or you wanted them to fail for the PDP ambushes by replying that same Friday? It like you have comprehension problem. |
| Re: Imo Election: Ihedioha Asks Supreme Court For Adjournment by Nobody: 6:58pm On Mar 02, 2020 |
gawu1:they can't reply that same day but expect PDP to reply in minutes? APC have been doing everything to set trap for PDP. before the first sitting, they received PDP process months ahead but choose to reply on the day of judgement.... that was the reason the case even got adjourned to today |
