You know the rules to a game, you agreed to participate in it, now there's an infringement against you and instead of accepting the decision in good faith, you are calling for the rules to be changed so that in subsequent games, you can have your way.

I listened to him on tv ...he is very very point. He was talking generally that court shouldn't decide the fate of thousands of people that voted for their choice candidate. For example we all saw how the sin of a deputy affected the victory of David Lyon....in this case the people voted Lyon but court gave it to diri. ..If our constitution is amended , parties will be allowed to substitute their deputy and election cancelled and there will be another rerun ...This is a typical example of imposition of a candidate on people. This is different from imo cos the popular candidate vote was excluded and the court came to restore justice...whichever we we look at it , court is very important but they most ensure justice at all time

. When the needful are not done the court will apply legal provisions to determine winner. Additionally there are contradictions between electoral acts 2010 as amended and the constitution. There will be diversity of electoral judicial dispensation until both of them are aligned in content.

Because of of APC or PDP, some people will not agree with this cogent point so raised by Oshiomole. We all know he is not perfect as human, has he not said the truth? People's mandate should never be truncated by courts, voters stayed under sun or rain to choose their representative yet on technicality, courts decide otherwise, why not order for fresh election?

Courts imposing Governors?? This Oshiomole is way dafter than I thought.

we have many fools in Nigerians that why Nigeria is not making headway .the two things Osho said is correct 1 supreme Court should not impose politicians to the people whatever the circumstance 2 that PDP and their online warlord is saying that the total number of vote is more than accredited vote , how come they did not raise it in court if it is true they know that it is not true that why it was not raised because it is something like this that supreme Court call error
