I am not a fan of Obaseki but this is certainly a case of "the chickens coming home to roost"

No matter how bad a leader is in politics - for him to continue to enjoy the status of a leader - he "MUST" be able to galvanize the various interest groups in his constituency and enjoy overwhelming loyalty from majority of the party stakeholders at the local level- just like Tinubu in Lagos.

Even if he cannot do that at the state level - he surely must do that at his ward and local government level - There is a reason why presidential candidates all over the world go to their ward or precinct to vote on election day; it is called the "grass root factor in politics" - YOU CANNOT BE A NATIONAL LEADER OF YOUR POLITICAL PARTY WHEN THERE ARE DEEP DIVISIONS EVEN IN YOUR LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF ORIGIN - Osho lacks the legitimacy to be seen and referred to as a National Chairman OR leader of the APC. This is politics, not an executive appointment- the APC constitution is clear about this - so he should stop chasing shadows and go and fix culpability where culpability is - "his ward, his local government area"

if he can unite his people at his local government level - then he stands a chance - he cannot run to the court to subvert the will of his people!!!
