One bitter truth that the SA ppl refuse to accept is Naija no be their mate.

Even when Nigeria is not doing well, still e no be mate of any Country in Africa.

Many on American Continent and Asia can't stand us. No be mouth.

I pledge to Nigeria my Country
To be highly proud of her greatness and ruggedness
To warn all the small pround countries like South Africa
To be humble and respectful to us in their dealings
And try to continue to lay some curses daily as I wake
On all our embezzling politicians in senate and assembly
And warn all Nairaland Buhari warriors and fighters
To borrow some sense and be truthful
And encouraged Sarrki and other repentants
To never return to their vomits
And finally to tell who cares to listen
One day I will be your president
So help me God
grin

It's an insult to compare South Africa to Nigeria

The only advantage Nigeria has over South Africa is the size of Nigerian economy - thanks to Nigeria's population

If you remove that, South Africa is like an extension of Europe in Africa. Those guys are miles ahead in everything

... As long as you remain in Nigeria and within the African continent! You shall become a USELESS LEADER one day ! grin
That's your opinion, which can't influence me in anyway, now or in the future...Nigeria wasn't this bad sush useless leaders we have today until early 80s. Have you heard of an erstwhile war-torn Rwanda? Go there and you would reason differently about Nigerian and African leaders. Just go there on vacation. South Africa is even too far. Ordinary ghana is getting it right. Go to cotonou, you cant spend more than 20k to and fro on transport, accommodation and feeding if you're resident in Lagos. Just spend a night and come back. You'd feel sorry for Nigerian populace.

What was her achievement during Jonathan name it.
Bigot

The biggest economy in Africa and one of the fastest growing economy in Africa wasn't a small feat. If it was, this useless government now would have been able to replicate it. Also, the appointments she continuously gained after leaving her role as fiance minister despite Buhari's government repeated reports of her so called failure as fiance minister shows exactly her success. Nobody hires failures and definitely don't seek one out. Why is Ngozi's case different? We are not listening anymore to the nonsense APC mixed up to tell us. We don't care!!!!!!! Bring back the economist APC pays their minions to tell us had no achievement. Bring her back. Life was way better when she controlled our economy. I rather have her controlling than whoever is the idiot we have now.

Great. I really wished Buhari swallowed the humble pie and appointed this woman into his cabinet.

Everything cannot be politics of bitterness. Good people that can help your government should be considered irrespective of party affiliation.

It's that bitterness that is destroying both the north and south-east.

The north is imploding from within from terrorism, poverty, almajiri and others. While the east continue to suffer from its secessionist tendencies.

Her achievements are numerous to mention, as well as her shortcomings.
A bigot would not see the former.

Buhari just borrowed 22 billion dollars.
You would need another okonjo with her powers of connection to get you debt cancellation if ever possible.
Name one

Just one achievement

When she was finance minister

ONE

We did not get debt cancellation. Do not lie.
We got FORGIVENESS And paid back billions.
Several African countries did get cancellation at the time when Tony Blair and other European governments were guilt tripped into debt cancellation.
Why didn't we get cancellation.?incompetent and unpatriotic negotiation

HER BEHAVIOUR AS FINANCE MINISTER WAS WITH AN EYE TO HER CAREER WHEN THAT JOB ENDED. SHE ACTED IN THE INTERESTS OF THE WEST
The truth is this was not her initiative AT ALL.
If any one should have got credit it was Obasanjo.
Her job as Finance minister was to negotiate. Even at that she failed.

Nigeria was the only African country that had any cash and the Western powers exacted a heavy price.
Many of the loans were fraudulent and more experienced negotiators could have and should have played hardball.
She just rolled over and handed over $20 billion in one day. Charles Soludo did a good piece on that. Search for it.

In the most basic function of that task she FAILED. She OVERPAID more than what was even agreed.

State governments are still getting refunds till today because of her incompetence. They had to engage Consultants like Ned Nwoko at great expense to recover these monies.

South Africa is like any other developing country. Rather, it is slightly above Subsaharan African countries therefore, hold a good view among Africans.
